Stokenchurch Estate Agents
The Stokenchurch Sales department covers Stokenchurch, Lane End and the surrounding hamlets.
Stokenchurch itself is nestled in the Chiltern Hills surrounded by open countryside. There are a number of local shops, café and a library, plus a hotel, and some local pubs. There is also healthcare provision with both a doctor and dental surgery, and a chemist in the village.
The schools within the area are all highly regarded, and there is a school to suit everyone. The village of Lane End also benefits local shops, restaurants and a café, and the village hall is home to the ‘Lane End Players’ who put on performances throughout the year. Lane End offers a chemist and its doctors surgery is linked with the one in nearby Marlow.
The area boasts beautiful countryside, and is nearby to the riverside Town of Marlow and the larger Town of High Wycombe which offers more extensive facilities.
Junction 5 of the M40 is located nearby and is ideal for the commuter both to London, Oxford and Birmingham, via either the motorway or the mainline railway service direct to Marylebone, Oxford and Birmingham.

The Local Team
Tim Anning
Partner
Tim was born in 1975 at The Shrubbery in High Wycombe, to parents Tim and Debby who brought him up in Stokenchurch, where he attended the local schools and clubs. Over the years Tim has also been involved in local sports, both playing and managing Stokenchurch FC, and playing for Stokenchurch Cricket Club. He started in Estate Agency at an early age as an office junior in an estate agent in High Wycombe. He also worked with both Garry and Darrell at JNP, where for the last 6 years he was a Director at the office in Stokenchurch. Tim is now a partner at The Wye Partnership heading up their new Stokenchurch, Lane End and surrounding areas department.
Tim still lives in Stokenchurch with his wife Lacey, and two young children, both of whom attend the outstanding local school. When he isn’t working, Tim enjoys spending time watching the local sports teams, depending on the season, followed by a drink in one of the local pubs.
Layla Tompkins
Sales Negotiator
Born in High Wycombe in 2006, Layla now lives in Widmer End with her family. She attended Sir William Ramsay School and began her journey with Wye Partnership in February 2024 working part-time in the Hazlemere office. In October 2024, she moved into a full-time role based in Stokenchurch.
One of her favourite parts of the job is being involved in the full journey, from the first viewing to handing over the keys and seeing the happiness on clients’ faces. She also enjoys creating content for the company’s social media, helping to showcase what the team does and the people they help every day.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog Bonnie in the local area and visiting nearby pubs with friends and family.
Lacey Anning
Office Manager
Having spent her whole life in Stokenchurch, Lacey has an extensive knowledge of the area. With decades of admin and project management skills in a range of sectors, Lacey is happy to support the team as required. When she isn’t working, you’re most likely to find her playing sports somewhere locally, using her Wycombe Wanderers season ticket, or with her family.

From the high quality internet details to the super quick responses to any enquiries, the whole process was hassle free. They also recommended a really good solicitor to us. Well done to Rob, Tracy and all the team.Posted on wiktoria helena staniszewska27 June 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tracy and Rob have been so helpful in the process of the purchase of our new home ! Very warm and kind people, so easy to communicate and very friendly. If you are a first time buyer they are very supportive with the process and with great recommendations. Also a mention to Max who was the one who showed us around our future home. If I had to do this process again I will definitely choose them. Thank you for all the help to the whole team ☺️Posted on Jason Stone25 June 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great team at Wye Residential! Dealt with the sale of our property and through no fault of their own, 3 sales fell through but Wye persevered and found a genuinely interested buyer. A special mention goes to Ryan, for taking extra care and attention with viewings and took in all the information we gave in regard to special features and USP’s of the property. Also a mention to Kiera for dealing with our frustrations towards to endPosted on Lamiya Dukali20 June 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very professional, responsive and always kept me informed throughout the process. A special shoutout to Steve and Tracy who helped us throughout the whole journey. I really appreciated their support as there was some hiccups but we finally got there! On the day of our keys pick up, the team provided us with a cute hamper, which was the sweetest! Thank you to the Wye Partnership team, Steve you’re an amazing person! ✨🏠Posted on Stephen Mitchell5 June 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great Estate Agents! I recently bought a flat in Wycombe through Wye. Rob was a fabulous agent and all of the agents in the office were really friendly. The whole thing was handled really well, and I would certainly recommend Wye if you need an estate agency. Wow, these guys have once again gone way above and beyond to exceed our expectations in overseeing our two property sales! Steve and his team are highly knowledgeable, professional, personable and honest - they have reassuringly led us patiently through the process and we have nothing but good things to say about them. Highly recommended without any hesitation.Posted on Euan Thomas28 May 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can only say good things about Wye Partnership. Steve and the team have been fantastic from start to finish. They offered us expert advice and guidance throughout our house sale. They really have an excellent knowledge of the local market and a keen eye on properties coming on and off the market. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Wye Partnership to friends and family.Posted on Nasco Johnson28 May 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was a separate sale of my old house and buying a new house. Conveyancing solicitors were nightmare. They were trying to delay everithing just the sale to take place after 01/04/25 when the the law is changing. Some of them were very incompetent of what they are doing. Rob from Wye was pationt and stabale and helped a lot in the situation. Wye were absolutly professional and understanding the situation. I do not want to buy another house, but if it comes to this, I will go again with Wye estate agents.Posted on Google rating score: 4.9 of 5,
