If you are a first time buyer they are very supportive with the process and with great recommendations. Also a mention to Max who was the one who showed us around our future home. Great team at Wye Residential! Dealt with the sale of our property and through no fault of their own, 3 sales fell through but Wye persevered and found a genuinely interested buyer. A special mention goes to Ryan, for taking extra care and attention with viewings and took in all the information we gave in regard to special features and USP’s of the property. It was a separate sale of my old house and buying a new house. Conveyancing solicitors were nightmare. They were trying to delay everithing just the sale to take place after 01/04/25 when the the law is changing. Some of them were very incompetent of what they are doing. Rob from Wye was pationt and stabale and helped a lot in the situation. Wye were absolutly professional and understanding the situation. I do not want to buy another house, but if it comes to this, I will go again with Wye estate agents.
