Partner
Born in Enfield, Middlesex in 1966, Rob began his estate agency career in 1984 in Hemel Hempstead and has never left the industry. In the mid-1990s, he moved to High Wycombe, where he and his friend and business partner, Sean Owen, acquired Matthews Estate Agents. Together, they transformed it from a small, one office family-run business into one of the town’s most prominent and successful multi-branch agencies.
In 2009, Rob became one of the founding partners of The Wye Partnership, which has since grown into one of the largest and most successful independent estate agencies in the area.
Rob lives in Holmer Green with his wife, Lorraine, and their dog, Poppy. Between them, they have four children and four grandchildren (with more to follow so they are told). When he’s not working or spending time with family, Rob enjoys long country walks, supporting his beloved Spurs, and relaxing with a pint in one of the area’s excellent local pubs.
Darrell Litchfield

Although now based in County Antrim with his wife Leanne, Darrell continues to divide his time between Northern Ireland and High Wycombe, driven by a long-standing commitment to the area and its people. A proud father of two and stepfather to three, he remains an avid sports fan and loyal supporter of Wycombe Wanderers.

Abigail Wallis-Prior
Office Administrator
I’ve been part of Wye Residential since the very beginning in 2009, based in our High Wycombe office. My estate agency career began in 1996 with Hamptons in Gerrards Cross, later joining their Land & New Homes department. I then moved to an asset management company in London.
In 2002, after marrying my husband Gary, we moved to Cornwall—working in an agency in Helston was a dream come true, and a bit of my heart still belongs in Cornwall. (I’m just waiting for the day we open a Wye Coastal branch!).
We returned to Hazlemere in 2004 after the birth of our first son, Jo, and I restarted my career with Phillip Green & Partners—buying our home and getting the job in the same week! It was there I worked again with Rob, Steve, and Ian for the first time.
Working at Wye feels like working with family. Many of us have worked together for years, and we’re a tight-knit, supportive team. My role has evolved over time, and I now manage much of the day-to-day administration in the office. I’ve even been described—affectionately—as the “Office Wife” or “The Crow” (as in the protective birds at the Tower of London)!
I love the variety in my role—it’s a unique position that lets me organise, arrange, problem-solve, and get involved across the board. It suits my inquisitive mind perfectly.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and socialising with friends. We have a fox-red Cockerdor named Merlin, and we spend lots of time walking the local fields together.

Out of work Max is a life-long Barcelona fan (long story), loves the gym and exercising.
Sam Bates
Viewing Assistant
Born and raised in High Wycombe since 2002, Sam has recently graduated from the University of Liverpool with a first in Business and 12 months of work experience in Food Manufacturing.
He has since returned to live with his parents, younger brother, and pet dog. In his free time, Sam keeps fit by playing tennis/padel and likes going to the gym. To wind down, he usually watches a film or whatever sports on (supports Chelsea).

He moved out to Buckinghamshire when he was 30 and then a couple of years later packed his bags and went travelling to Australia and New Zealand for 9 months. On returning he started his estate agency career with a corporate company and then in 2013 Steve joined The Wye Partnership as a senior Negotiator and now Branch Manager at the Hazlemere office.

Alicia loves that no two days are ever the same. One day she might be out capturing photos and videos of properties, the next she’s attending viewings and appointments, and other times she’s busy in the office. Every day brings something new and exciting.
Outside of work she likes to spend time with her friends or her dogs, and you’ll often find her in a pub or out for dinner somewhere (usually involving pasta, wine or cocktails!).
Lisa Murphy
Senior Adminstrator
Lisa first joined The Wye Partnership back in 2013 in an administrative role in the Hazlemere office. Following the closure of the Knight Frank office she spent a year at Blaser Mills Solicitors to see how things work on the other side of property transactions! Having enjoyed her time at Wye so much she rejoined the Wye team in Hazlemere again in 2025 as PA to the Partners where she is now back in her happy place enjoying the village property market!
Lisa was born and raised in Hazlemere, attending the local schools. She moved to Wooburn Moor for 20 years before returning to Hazlemere more recently with partner Neil where she loves the fact she can walk to work and their family are all nearby. She is a keen gym goer, where she is found most days working off the calories in a class, so that she can then enjoy the local pubs and restaurants (and plenty of chocolate!) at the weekend guilt free!

Nicole’s early years were spent in Redbourn, Hertfordshire where, at the age of 7, she decided she wanted to be a police officer when she grew up. After “A” levels, and a brief spell in Barclays International, she joined the Metropolitan Police in Harrow and Wealdstone where she served until having her first child.
She and her husband, Clive have two daughters and five grandsons who also live in Prestwood, having moved here from Chalfont St Peter where they had previously lived for 30 years, a move they have never regretted.
Nicole started estate agency working on a Sunday for Robert’s Newby in Gerrards Cross, then moved to Bramptons in Beaconsfield, where she ended up working full time as a sales Manager for ten years before joining Danny Wynyard-Wright in Prestwood in 2014.

She currently works part-time to allow her to balance her career with family life – with a young daughter and two stepdaughters, which keeps life busy and rewarding.
Gemma loves meeting new people and helping them through the exciting and sometimes overwhelming process of finding a new home. She prides herself on being approachable, reliable, and making sure our clients feel supported though the buying/selling process.
Helen Wynyard-Wright
Office Administrator
Helen and Danny founded Wynyard-Wright and Ellis with Peter Ellis in 1996, just six months after the birth of their daughter, Charlotte. Investing their savings and committing to a six-month trial, they set out to see if their new venture could succeed. The results spoke for themselves — the agency flourished, quickly becoming the leading estate agency in the village. When Peter Ellis retired in 2015, Danny merged the business with Wye Residential LLP, becoming an integral member of the group and expanding its reach across Prestwood, Great Missenden, Naphill and the surrounding villages.
Over the years, Helen has contributed to both the Lettings and Sales departments. She is currently based in Prestwood, working two days a week — Mondays and Tuesdays — where she manages Lettings Accounts and supports sales administration.
Helen lives in the village with her husband, Danny, who, following his retirement from full-time estate agency, now supports the company in a consultancy role. They share their home with two dogs and enjoy spending time with their two daughters and two grandsons. Outside of work, Helen and Danny can often be found exploring the beautiful Chiltern countryside on long walks with their dogs, Polly and Elodie.
