Property Manager

We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our residential lettings portfolio. In brief the position requires:

• Proactive management of tenancy portfolio
• Assisting the Lettings team with pre let maintenance advice, compliance and instruction
• Ensuring portfolio compliance at all times and adjusting to new legislation when required
• Liaise with block management companies on behalf of Landlords where required
• Co-ordinate/attend a programme of property inspection visits
• Handle deposit returns
