The Local Team
Ian Richardson
Branch Manager
Born in 1970 in Amersham Bucks, Ian lives with his Wife, Sarah of 26 years and two adult children, Freddie and Chloe in Hazlemere. After an eight year grounding in Estate Agency in Wye’s High Wycombe office, Ian was given the “honour” of becoming Branch Manager for Prestwood, Naphill and Great Missenden and hasn’t looked back.
Educated to degree standard, Ian formally worked within Marketing Agencies and ran his own business for 20 years before joining Wye. Ian’s interests include spending time with Family and Friends, watching sport, (particularly Arsenal) walking, reading and loves The Movies.
Travelling is also important, and Ian has been lucky enough to travel extensively during his life including USA, Australia, Africa and numerous European Countries.
Ian describes himself as being professional, friendly and honest in his approach to Estate Agency. “in what can prove to be a stressful process, I always try and put Client’s mind at ease whilst selling their most prized asset
Nicole Cox
Sales Manager
Nicole’s early years were spent in Redbourn, Hertfordshire where, at the age of 7, she decided she wanted to be a police officer when she grew up. She moved to Denham in 1971 and went to Beaconsfield High School but her desire to join the police never wavered. After “A” levels, and a brief spell in Barclays International, she joined the Metropolitan Police in Harrow and Wealdstone where she served until having her first child.
She and her husband, Clive have two daughters and five grandsons who also live in Prestwood, having moved here from Chalfont St Peter where they had previously lived for 30 years, a move they have never regretted.
Nicole started estate agency working on a Sunday for Robert’s Newby in Gerrards Cross, then moved to Bramptons in Beaconsfield, where she ended up working full time as a sales Manager for ten years before joining Danny Wynyard-Wright in Prestwood in 2014.
In her free time Nicole spends time with Clive, and her family and tries to keep her large garden under control.
Kathryn Mais
Lettings Manager
Kathryn has worked with The Wye Partnership as Lettings Manager for over 11 years and is an ARLA-qualified professional. She oversees every aspect of the lettings process — from property valuations and landlord advice to maintenance, compliance, accounting, and keeping up to date with the latest legal requirements.
Kathryn takes great pride in ensuring that she and her team deliver a friendly, professional service, making sure both landlords and tenants enjoy a smooth experience from start to finish. Her detailed knowledge of the local property market and calm, approachable manner make her a trusted point of contact for clients across the area.
Originally from Buckinghamshire, Kathryn has always enjoyed being part of the local community. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors walking her dog, socialising with friends and family, and relaxing with a well-earned pint at the pub. She also enjoys exploring new places, trying out local restaurants, and making the most of the beautiful Chilterns countryside.

From the high quality internet details to the super quick responses to any enquiries, the whole process was hassle free. They also recommended a really good solicitor to us. Well done to Rob, Tracy and all the team.Posted on wiktoria helena staniszewska27 June 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tracy and Rob have been so helpful in the process of the purchase of our new home ! Very warm and kind people, so easy to communicate and very friendly. If you are a first time buyer they are very supportive with the process and with great recommendations. Also a mention to Max who was the one who showed us around our future home. If I had to do this process again I will definitely choose them. Thank you for all the help to the whole team ☺️Posted on Jason Stone25 June 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great team at Wye Residential! Dealt with the sale of our property and through no fault of their own, 3 sales fell through but Wye persevered and found a genuinely interested buyer. A special mention goes to Ryan, for taking extra care and attention with viewings and took in all the information we gave in regard to special features and USP’s of the property. Also a mention to Kiera for dealing with our frustrations towards to endPosted on Lamiya Dukali20 June 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great Estate Agents! I recently bought a flat in Wycombe through Wye. Rob was a fabulous agent and all of the agents in the office were really friendly. Steve and the team have been fantastic from start to finish. They offered us expert advice and guidance throughout our house sale. They really have an excellent knowledge of the local market and a keen eye on properties coming on and off the market. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Wye Partnership to friends and family.Posted on Nasco Johnson28 May 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was a separate sale of my old house and buying a new house. Conveyancing solicitors were nightmare. They were trying to delay everithing just the sale to take place after 01/04/25 when the the law is changing. Some of them were very incompetent of what they are doing. Rob from Wye was pationt and stabale and helped a lot in the situation. Wye were absolutly professional and understanding the situation. I do not want to buy another house, but if it comes to this, I will go again with Wye estate agents.Posted on Google rating score: 4.9 of 5,
